Zion Park Manor, Cloverdale, BC

Located in Cloverdale, B.C., Zion Park Manor offers family values, fellowship and security within a Christian community, with 90 suites of residential care, including partial/full dementia, traditional/complex care with an updated assisted living wing. The facility went through a $10M, 70-bed expansion for full care beds. Tom Crump, Overture’s chairman of the board, was hired as CEO at the time, where he oversaw construction, in the end helping make the building more effective for staff and residents upon completion. The community also had all of their communication systems retrofitted – nurse call, phones, access controls, and cameras. The ongoing objective in terms of operations is to make the facility as comfortable and homelike – even spiritually uplifting — as possible, meaning gardens, plants, pets, and children are an ongoing presence.
